Need officers to step up and actually do officer things. Anyone is considered, but people of Hero rank and higher will have priority.
NEED:
Recruitment officer
Raid-leads (maybe 3?)
Hate to juggle all of this stuff by myself. It's a bit of an issue being overly-dependent on one person.
