So, alot of us suck at ret for some reason...
Here's a bit of a guide (at least what I do, if you really wanna know just ask a professional or something)
Stats:
Stack strength via gems and stuff
Hit cap 8%
Haste cap also about 8% (might be wrong)
Expertise, get as much as you can. You will not be able to cap it though.
Crit is good (obviously)
Armor penetration is bad.
Agility is ok, especially pre-ulduar where you won't really find any straight-strength gear for some slots.
Rotation:
Hit stuff when it's ready. For extra damage, pop wings before hitting stuff (Make sure seal of vengeance is stacked to 5)
Seal of vengeance for Single-target
Seal of command for AOE
